I ordered on line and paid up front by Credit Card a selection of items.
I received part of the order after five weeks, but only after querying delays. Then I was promised that the rest of the goods were on their on way at least six times.
I have sent at least twenty emails asking for help. The response rate is roughly 25% (1 in 4)
It is now six months since I paid for the final two items, they still haven't arrived, and STILL I am being fed lies.
Claiming from a Credit Card now is just a NO-GO, so after still getting no sense....and still NO GOODS, I have decided the best approach is to make the facts public.
